Meet Derek Harlan of Denver Dumpster Rental Pros
Derek Harlan founded Denver Dumpster Rental Pros to handle the specific demands of residential and construction cleanup across Denver County. Growing up in the city, he saw how older brick homes in neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Baker often sit on narrow lots with limited alley access, while newer builds in Stapleton and RiNo require larger containers that fit tight construction timelines.
Operating from 5160 Blackhawk Wy, the company focuses on practical solutions shaped by Denver's semi-arid climate. Hot summer days and sudden afternoon thunderstorms can turn job sites muddy quickly, while winter cold snaps freeze ground conditions and affect placement on sloped driveways common in Highland and Washington Park.
The team serves homeowners and contractors in LoDo, Cherry Creek, Five Points, Park Hill, Montclair, and Sunnyside plus nearby Aurora, Lakewood, and Centennial with the same attention to local access and weather timing.
